Community Pride Festival 2022 is Saturday, October 8th at Mayme Moore Park
There are so many ways to be a part of the 2022 festival!
Our organizing team could still use help as we switch gears into festival season! Most of all we need support with our Musicians/Artists, Comms/Marketing, and Outreach teams. See team descriptions and sign yourself up to volunteer behind-the-scenes through the link below. Share the shortcut link, bit.ly/OrganizeWithCommunityPride2022
Are you a fan of Community Pride? Lend us a few hours of your time! The Community Pride Festival takes a lot of work from a lot of different people to be a success. Even if you didn’t have the time commitment to be a core organizer this year, there’s TONS to do around the day of the festival. Festival volunteer teams include setting up and tearing down Mayme Moore, facilitating smooth flow of entertainers and performers, decorating the park, helping folks find parking, childcare, trash pickup, and more. We’ll start contacting volunteers to connect with their teams in August. Sign up to volunteer at bit.ly/CCP2022Volunteers!
If you want to contribute to the Community Pride Festival as a tabling organization or food/goods vendor, applications are open for folks of all kinds who want to show up for their community! We’re looking for organizations for our community resource fair, independent businesses who want to sell their wares, and food trucks to feed the happy people! You can sell your homemade goods, give away community resource guides, charge for body painting or tarot readings, whatever it is you want. We want to help our LGBTQ+ BIPOC community be seen and supported. Fill out our application now, and we’ll start settling spots sometime in August.
